	e largest programme of clinical audits of blood transfusion in the world a
	nd is funded by NHS Blood and Transplant. It began in 2002 and audits the 
	administration of blood and blood components as well as assessing appropri

	e use of fresh frozen plasma\, cryoprecipitate and transfusions for bleedi
	ng in neonates and other children\n	\n	\n		2019 Re-audit of the medical us
	e of red cells\n	\n	\n		2021 audit of NICE Quality Standard 138\n	\n\n\n\n
