	safety by motivating staff to change behaviour and affect organisational c
	ulture. It will look at effective ways to encourage health professionals 
	to routinely embed high quality clinical evidence into their everyday work
	. It will explore the characteristics of relatively successful behaviour

	afety trainer\; leads on medical education both locally and nationally\; i
	s a Member of the Faculty of Surgical Trainers at the Royal College of Sur
