	mance Improvement Workshops will introduce and detail concepts of performa
	nce improvement\, which can then be adapted and applied to healthcare orga
	nizations around the world. Attendees can expect to gain a thorough unders
	tanding of:\n\n\n\n	\n		The basics of performance improvement\n	\n	\n		How
	 to use the tools available to lead projects across multiple settings\, an
	d\n	\n	\n		How to collect\, measure\, and evaluate data to inform meaningf
	ul adjustments.\n	\n\n\n\n	The Workshop will welcome attendees from around
	 the world to learn from expert panel discussions and participate in hands
	-on live workshops.\n\n\n\n	The 5-hour Performance Improvement workshop wi
