DESCRIPTION:\n	The Nightingale Frontline Leadership Support Service aims
to support the additional and extraordinary leadership responsibilities o
f staff at all levels of the organisation and enable them to continue to g
uide their patients\, staff and the service during and after this crisis.\
n\n\n\n	The objectives are to:\n\n\n\n	1) Provide an online platform to de
liver group leadership support in real time\n\n\n\n	2) Provide a psycholog
ically safe space for healthcare professionals to explore leadership chall
enges\, issues and concerns raised\n\n\n\n	3) Enable the identification of
strategies for self-development and self-care in response to the immediat
e and future challenges\n\n\n\n	4) Enable healthcare professionals to arti
culate a narrative which demonstrates their leadership development and con
tribution to the COVID-19 response.\n\n\n\n	The service will be delivered
by the Florence Nightingale Foundation (FNF) and will take the form of rem
ote group leadership support sessions underpinned by the principles of cre
ating psychologically safe spaces. The leadership support will be facilita
ted by our expert FNF Associate Facilitator and our senior nurse and midwi
fe scholar and alumni network who are highly experienced and skilled in a
method of Action Learning known as Co-consulting. This approach combines t
he benefits of coaching with peer learning in an environment underpinned b
