DESCRIPTION:\n	The Professional Records Standard Body (PRSB) are holdin
	g a workshop on 4 March to help us develop a shared decision-making stand
	ard\, so that individuals can be more involved in the decisions that a
	ffect their health\, care and wellbeing. \n\n\n\n	The online workshop wil
	l bring together health and care professionals\, patients and system vend
	ors to focus on different topics including diabetes and other long-term co
	nditions\, mental health\, child health\, gynaecology\, colorectal cance
	r\, genetic conditions\, multi-medications and orthopaedics. \n\n\n\n	We 
	will be asking questions about the way information about treatment and ca
	re options are discussed and decisions recorded. This would include cons
	ent for treatment\, when it is agreed\, and any pre-operative assessments 
	and requirements. By standardising the process\, it will ensure that infor
	mation can be shared consistently using any digital systems. If you’re
