	atient Safety Learning Event in the Education Centre at Homerton Hospital.
	 The event is free for staff and will be a great opportunity for staff fro
	m all bands\, professions and specialties to get together to talk and lear
	n and share ideas around improving patient safety. \n\n\n\n	The event wil
	l be a mix of talks from internal and external speakers who will be presen
	ting some of the latest ideas around safety\, including human factors\, sa
	fety 1 vs safety 2 and\, most importantly\, safety from the patient persp
	ective. We will be showcasing some of the amazing work that has gone on at
	 the Homerton over the past few years\, and the event will culminate in th
