	d human factors science into the design of healthcare systems and processe
	s. The masterclass will explore:\n\n\n\n		What do we mean by human factors
	 science?\n	\n	\n		How can we apply human factors methods and principals t
	o create safer healthcare systems?\n	\n	\n		What is the evidence base that
	 applying human factors design principles improves patient safety? How can
	 we enhance the non-technical skills of healthcare teams? How can Leaders 
	for Improvement embed human factors thinking in their own organisation?\n	
	\n\n	The session will be interactive and attendees\, whether they be clini
