DESCRIPTION:\n	Cardiovascular disease (CVD) causes a quarter of all deat
hs in the UK and is the largest cause of premature mortality in deprived a
reas. The NHS long term plan identifies this as the biggest area where the
NHS can save lives over the next 10 years.\n\n\n\n	What do national plans
and local work look like now\, in the context of COVID-19?\n\n\n\n	The HS
J Cardio Virtual Forum will bring together national and local leaders\, se
nior managers\, clinicians\, industry and the third sector to support you
to achieve sustainable improvement to cardiovascular disease care and prev
ention.\n\n\n\n	Together\, we will assess the impact of the pandemic on ca
rdiac and stroke services\, examine innovations and adaptations that have
worked well and learn how to take these innovations forward to improve pre
vention and care in the long term.\n\n\n\n	Registration\n
