	n to all.\n\n\n\n	Jay’s Personalised Safety Planning Toolkit\, co-design
	ed by researchers\, people with lived experience\, and healthcare professi
	onals\, is an evidence-based\, practical guide that offers a more personal
	ised approach to safety planning within health and care settings\, offerin
	g meaningful support to help save more lives. The Safety Planning Toolkit 
	can be used by:\n\n\n\n	\n		Individuals themselves\n	\n	\n		Families\, fri
	ends\, and wider support networks\n	\n	\n		Health and social care professi
	onals\n	\n\n\n\n	The launch event is open to anyone with an interest in sa
	fety planning for self-harm and suicide prevention\, including practitione
	rs from across health and social care\, as well as individuals who may use
