DESCRIPTION:\n	Please help set Making Families Count (MFC) agenda to wor
	k with families and friends who want to improve services. MFC are inviting
	 you to a meeting to let you help to shape their plan for improvement and 
	change.\n\n\n\n	Making Families Count (MFC) is a not-for-profit community 
	interest company. Our purpose is to work in partnership with health and ca
	re agencies to support the development of safer\, more compassionate care 
	by improving collaboration with families.\n\n\n\n	As part of our new Strat
	egic Plan\, MFC intends to build a movement of seriously harmed or traumat
	ically bereaved families who want to help to change how services are provi
	ded.\n\n\n\n	This serious harm or bereavement could have arisen in circums
	tances such as neglect\, medical errors\, adult children with learning dis
	abilities who died in receipt of services\, friends or family who died by 
	suicide\, (whether or not planned\, and whether or not classified as suici
	de by a coroner)\,friends or family who died by homicide when the person w
	ho committed the crime was mentally ill.\n\n\n\n	We want more opportunitie
	s to tell our stories to health professionals and policy makers to influen
	ce change and improvements\, and we want many more families and friends to
	 be involved in MFC.\n\n\n\n	We very much hope you will want to be part of
