	neral response techniques\n	\n	\n		interviewing and asking questions\n	\n	
	\n		conducting observations\, understanding work as done\n	\n	\n		systems 
	frameworks\n	\n	\n		response types\n	\n	\n		patient safety investigation p
	lanning\, analysis and report writing\n	\n	\n		commissioning and oversight
	 of an internal investigation\n	\n	\n		a high-level overview of system-bas
