DESCRIPTION:\n	The government’s 10 Year Health Plan has put the establ
	ishment of a neighbourhood health service front and centre\, which aims to
	 help deliver a model of care that is preventative and better supports tho
	se most in need.\n\n	 \n\n	The term ‘neighbourhood working’ is used t
	o describe a multitude of models and approaches to bring care closer to co
	mmunities\, end the current fragmentation of services and convene a multi-
	disciplinary range of professionals into patient-centred teams.\n\n\n\n	Wi
	thin mental health\, there are Community Mental Health Teams that have bee
	n expanded through the Community Mental Health Framework\, and new 24/7 ne
	ighbourhood pilots. \n\n\n\n	In the wider system\, we have existing Integ
	rated Neighbourhood Teams\, the recently announced 43 National Neighbourho
	od Health Implementation sites\, and other areas of successful MDT working
	 at neighbourhood level.\n\n\n\n	All these models provide an opportunity t
	o improve the care that people with mental illness receive\, and integrati
	on between physical and specialist mental health community services\, redu
	cing inequalities and inpatient admissions.\n\n\n\n	This webinar will expl
	ore the different forms of neighbourhood working\, with senior speakers le
	ading different models across the country outlining the opportunities and 
	challenges in improving care for people with a mental health need at a nei
