	ildren remain vulnerable to preventable harm\, especially in low- and midd
	le-income countries. This webinar will highlight the critical importance o
	f patient safety and explore the role of health system strengthening\, pol
	icy frameworks\, and intersectoral partnerships in reducing newborn and ch
	ild mortality. The session aims to foster dialogue and share actionable in
	sights to advance safe\, high-quality\, and equitable care for every child
