DESCRIPTION:\n	Unplanned extubation is a critical yet under-recognised p
atient safety issue. To put it in perspective: there are more deaths yearl
y from unplanned extubation than from surgical site infections or medical
errors. In fact\, airway events\, including those around extubation\, acc
ounted for 31% of all deaths in claims made against the NHS between 2008 a
nd 2018.\n\n\n\n	Prof. Lauren Berkow\, University of Florida and Past Pres
ident of the Society for Airway Management\, will share expert insights in
to why unplanned extubation deserves urgent attention in policy and practi
ce — and how evidence-based prevention strategies can reduce harm and im
prove patient outcomes.\n\n\n\n	Register here\n\n\n\n	This webinar offers
an opportunity to better understand a patient safety challenge that carrie
s significant consequences for patients\, families\, and the NHS. By raisi
ng awareness and driving innovation\, we can work together to reduce preve
	ntable harm.\n\n
