	 building and maintaining a high performing team\, and the way we deliver 
	that feedback can make or break psychological safety. In this special work
	shop\, we dive deep into how we can work most effectively with feedback\, 
	and ensure it’s a “tool for good”\, helping us meet our goals.\n\n
	\n\n	We’ll cover everything from principles and approaches to practical 
	tools\, mechanisms and traps to avoid. \n\n\n\n	This Power of Effective F
	eedback workshop is designed to be applicable for those working in all in
	dustries\, domains and roles. It may be most useful for those with people 
	responsibilities\, including managers\, leaders\, trainers\, supervisors a
