DESCRIPTION:\n	SEIPS in Action is a comprehensive course designed to equ
	ip healthcare professionals with practical skills in applying the Systems 
	Engineering Initiative for Patient Safety (SEIPS) framework. \n\n\n\n	Par
	ticipants will gain hands-on experience in using SEIPS to enhance healthca
	re processes\, supporting patient safety and system efficiency. This cours
	e combines theoretical coursework\, an intensive live workshop\, and exten
	ded mentoring to solidify learning and support real-world application.\n\n
	\n\n	Places are available for both NHS learners (free of charge) and learn
	ers who are not directly employed by the NHS (subject to a fee). HSSIB is 
	not liable for any expenses that you may incur to attend the course. \n\n
	\n\n	Pre-requisites for this course are that you must:\n\n\n\n	\n		have co
	mpleted our flagship course ‘A systems approach to investigating and lea
	rning from patient safety incidents’\n	\n	\n		be an investigator\n	\n	\n
			have manager sign-off to attend both days of the course.\n	\n\n\n\n	For 
	fee information and to apply\, please email education@hssib.org.uk with 
	evidence that you meet the pre-requisites and your preferred location. Lea
	rners who meet the pre-requisites will be entered into a pool and notified
	 if their application is successful.\n\n
