DESCRIPTION:\n	Following the launch of the Patients Association’s g
	uide and animation providing patients with the knowledge and tools they
	 need to be prepared to get the most out of their care\, this webinar wi
	ll also focus on how patients can be supported before\, during and af
	ter appointments.\n\n\n\n	This includes ensuring how as a patient\, you:
	\n\n\n\n	\n		are prepared\n	\n	\n		can prevent things going wrong\n	\n	\
	n		understand what steps you can take at each stage of your journey thro
	ugh the health and care system.\n	\n\n\n\n	This will be chaired by Prof. A
	lf Collins\, Patients Association trustee and previous National Clinical
	 Director for personalised care at NHS England.\n\n\n\n	He will be joined
