	 Engineering Initiative for Patient Safety (SEIPS) framework. Participants
	 will gain hands-on experience in using SEIPS to enhance healthcare proces
	ses\, supporting patient safety and system efficiency. This course combine
	s theoretical coursework\, an intensive live workshop\, and extended mento
	ring to solidify learning and support real-world application.\n\n\n\n	Lear
	ner requirements\n\n\n\n	Learners must:\n\n\n\n	\n		have completed our fla
	gship course ‘A systems approach to investigating and learning from pati
	ent safety incidents’ (or equivalent experience)\n	\n	\n		be an investig
	ator or have an active part in an investigation\n	\n	\n		have manager sign
