	nvestigate who knew what\, where\, and when. The report\, titled 'Hidden i
	n Plain Sight'\, was submitted to the public inquiry in November 2024. How
	ever\, there is much learning for the wider NHS in the events at the Count
	ess of Chester. Whilst the contents of the report remain confidential\, th
	ere is some generic learning that can come from understanding the events a
	nd circumstances. This is an introductory webinar\; a full developmental e
	vent can be booked by ICBs for their local system leaders or for healthcar
	e providers' senior teams. All of the information used in these events is
