DESCRIPTION:\n	On 10-12 September\, to kick off the commemoration\, WHO 
	Patient Safety Flagship is organising a Global Consultation titled “Im
	proving diagnostic safety and implementing the Global Patient Safety Actio
	n Plan 2021-2030” in Geneva\, Switzerland. The objective of the consult
	ation is two-fold:\n\n\n\n	\n		Discuss the strategies for enhancing diagno
	stic processes and reducing diagnostic errors\n	\n	\n		Reflect on the prog
	ress and challenges in implementing the Global Patient Safety Action Plan 
	(GPSAP) 2021-2030 based on the findings from the Global Patient Safety Rep
	ort (GPSR) 2024\, and agree on the approaches to effectively integrate pat
	ient safety interventions into health systems.\n	\n\n\n\n	The event will f
	eature\, patient and health worker stories\, country experiences\, regiona
	l perspectives\, panel discussions\, expert dialogues\, presentations\, an
	d group work sessions. You are invited to attend this pivotal event virtua
