	irst and Zara Newman\, Welsh Government Head of Safeguarding and Advocacy\
	, you will learn more about restrictive practices\, the Welsh Government
	’s Reducing Restrictive Practices Framework and the resources available 
	to support practitioners across health\, care and educational settings.\n\
	n\n\n	The resources\, including the new animation\, have been developed by
	 the Welsh Government to raise awareness of restrictive practices and thei
