DESCRIPTION:\n	About this webinar\n\n\n\n	In many pharmaceutical compani
es\, human error is still addressed reactively through compliance by Devia
tion Management.  While people are involved\, they are NOT the root cause
in the majority of deviations. \n\n\n\n	There's an opportunity to set pe
ople up for success proactively in regards to risk prevention in a complex
work environment through\, for example: \n\n\n\n	\n Recognition of risk
and techniques for prevention of error.\n	\n	\n A roadmap for investigat
	ing repeated\, human-related deviations.\n	\n	\n A means of integrating h
uman performance into operational excellence\, such as Gemba and leader st
andard work.\n	\n	\n Techniques for interviewing\, coaching and improved
	communication.\n	\n	\n Recommendations for addressing system-related prob
lems.\n	\n\n\n\n	Who would this be of interest to?\n\n\n\n	Leaders and sup
porters of those that perform complex work in any regulated Good Manufactu
ring Practice (GMP) environment and anyone interested in human and organis
ational performance.\n\n\n\n	About the speakers\n\n\n\n	Bill Farmer has a
BS in Microbiology and is an Associate Director for Deviation Management a

ist and has had many roles in technical and quality organisations. His phi
losophy to 'Help others\, make it easier to do the 'right' thing\, harder
to do the 'wrong' thing\, drives Bill to continuously improve the Merck De
