	ence based culture\, measuring patient experience\, using the NHS Improvem
	ent National Patient Experience Improvement Framework\, demonstrating insi
	ght and responsiveness in real time\, monitoring and improving staff exper
	ience\, the role of human factors in improving quality\, using patient exp
	erience to drive improvement\, changing the way we think about patient exp
