	nts and case law. Paul\, who was called to the Bar in 2010\, has vast expe
	rience acting for both claimants and defendants in clinical negligence cas
	es. His clinical negligence work frequently includes advising on complex p
	oints of law that may arise out of a clinical negligence claim.\n\n\n\n	Th
