DESCRIPTION:\n	This conference is for staff involved in managing concern
	s in NHS Scotland\, including the promotion\, delivery\, and use of the W
	histleblowing Standards. The Independent National Whistleblowing Office a
	re supporting the event. It will explore the legislative requirements aro
	und whistleblowing and the benefits of effective management of concerns. 
	The programme concludes with a focus on\n\n	what a healthy speak up cultur
	e looks like and how that can be delivered.\n\n\n\n	The day will be chaire
	d by John Sturrock\, KC\, and include a keynote presentation from Rosemar
	y Agnew\, the Independent National Whistleblowing Officer. It also brings
	 together expert speakers from NHS Scotland\, Scottish Government\, trade
	 union and academia with expertise in speaking up\, culture change\, qual
	ity\, safety and candour.\n\n\n\n	The programme will consider the Whistle
	blowing Standards since their launch in April 2021\, as they approach the
	ir anticipated 3-year review. It offers an opportunity to share good prac
	tice\, support ongoing improvements and promote an effective Speak Up cul
