	organisation or system using the Culture and Leadership Programme? \n	\n	
	\n		Eager to connect with colleagues who are also doing this kind of work?
	 \n	\n	\n		Looking for free\, flexible and bite-sized learning about cult
	ure that you can access at a desk or on the go? \n	\n\n\n\n	If so\, our N
	urturing Compassionate and Inclusive NHS Cultures course could be for you.
	 \n\n\n\n	This new online learning course\, broken up into bite-sized com
	ponents\, provides you with an introduction to compassionate cultures and 
	how to use the Culture and Leadership Programme approach and resources.\n\
	n\n\n	It is focussed on equipping you with practical knowledge\, skills an
	d support\, helping you to undertake your own culture transformation journ
	ey.\n\n\n\n	The course is designed to provide ample opportunity for discus
	sion and collaboration with peers and facilitators to provide learners wit
	h a network of support.\n\n\n\n	These NHS England courses are free to tak
	e part in\, and are delivered entirely online in the form of videos\, ar
	ticles\, discussion and practical exercises that contribute to your own cu
	lture transformation journey. \n\n\n\n	The programme is organised into t
	wo 2 or three 3 core learning modules (dependent on your role within 
	your organisation’s culture transformation journey): \n\n\n\n	\n		Welco
	me and how to navigate these materials \n	\n	\n		An overview of the Cultu
	re and Leadership Programme (CORE)\n	\n	\n		Getting Started – The Scopi
	ng Phase (CORE for Programme Leads responsible for the programme in their
	 organisation/system\, optional for other learners)\n	\n\n\n\n	There is op
	tional additional content which you can access flexibly as needed: \n\n\n
	\n	\n		The discovery Phase \n	\n	\n		The design phase \n	\n	\n		The deli
	very phase \n	\n	\n		Additional learning resources \n	\n\n\n\n	Course da
	tes\n\n\n\n	Each course will be facilitated for one month\, during which t
	ime participants will have access to the Culture Transformation Team’s t
	opic experts for guidance and advice. There will also be a 1 hour live lea
	rning session during this month providing you with the opportunity to disc
	uss your reflections with other learners from the course\, and to have dir
	ect access to the Culture Transformation Team to ask questions. Details of
	 this can be found within the learning materials. \n\n\n\n	Learners can
	 complete the course in their own time\, with each taking around 2.5 hour
	s in total. This can be done all together or in smaller chunks at times th
	at work for you. \n\n\n\n	Throughout the programme\, participants will be
	 prompted to reflect on the course content and are encouraged to comment o
	n one-another’s contributions. \n\n\n\n	After successfully completing t
	he core modules of this programme\, you will receive a certificate of comp
	letion for your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) records. \n\n\n
