	ial Care. With the NHS currently focusing on productivity\, despite staff 
	burnout and workforce shortages\; operational performance\, despite the gr
	owing backlog\; and financial control\, despite significant financial rest
	raints\, how can the NHS ensure quality across its services?\n\n\n\n	10 ye
	ars on from Sir Robert Francis’ inquiry into the failings in care at Mid
	 Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust and in the context of the Covid-19 pan
