	ncidents across the NHS in England. Compassionate engagement and involveme
	nt of those affected by patient safety incidents is central to the PSIRF a
	pproach.\n\n\n\n	Building on our workshop that explored different models f
	or engaging with families\, this workshop will highlight how different org
	anisations are approaching engaging with staff affected by patient safety 
	incidents.\n\n\n\n	PSIRF webinars are open to everyone to attend\, includi
