	also emotionally and mentally. Sarah had the chance to describe her story 
	in an article for the BMJ.\n\n\n\n	The podcast will provide the opport
	unity for Q&amp\;A\, and attendees will also be encouraged to share their 
	own experiences and how they think personalised care can meet people's nee
