Jointly facilitated webinar by the Royal College of Psychiatrist’s Patient Safety Group and the Serious Incident Review Accreditation Network (SIRAN) which sits within the College Centre for Quality Improvement (CCQ).
The webinar will be focusing on the involvement of Family Liaison Officers within mental health services. You will be hearing from Family Liaison Officers, lived experience from a family perspective and a clinician perspective from the patient safety group. You will also hear about the SIRAN accreditation review process and the importance of patient and family involvement across organisations.
