This one day masterclass will focus on improving patient safety by motivating staff to change behaviour and affect organisational culture. It looks at effective ways to encourage health professionals to routinely embed high quality clinical evidence into their everyday work.

It will explore the characteristics of relatively successful behaviour change interventions.
