This workshop is designed to provide an opportunity for members of the Q community to meet, discuss and share their experiences of introducing human factors into their organisations.
The main purposed of the event is to i) share and explore examples of good practice in implementing human factors ii) discuss ways of avoiding some of the pitfalls associated with introducing ‘new ways of thinking and doing’ as part of quality improvement.
Q members will be joined by a small number of academics involved in human factors and healthcare research and practitioners, with experience of introducing human factors into a variety of healthcare settings, who will offer support and challenge.
