Following on from the first World Patient Safety Day, The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital are holding a Patient Safety Conference.
The day will include the following topics:

- How we involve and listen to patient feedback and learn.
- Staff story - how it feels to be involved in an incident.
- No staff blame / just culture.
- Human factors.
- NHSi patient safety strategy.
- ROH quality improvements (celebration and good news).
