This is the second in a series of practical webinars from NHS England to support organisations to transition to the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF).
Following the PSIRF preparation guide, this webinar coincides with the transition from the ‘Discovery and diagnostic’ phase, to the ‘Governance and quality monitoring’ phase.

- Update from the national patient safety team.
- Look back at the ‘Diagnostic and discovery’ phase and look forward to the ‘Governance and quality monitoring phase’ with examples of challenges and successes.
