    This year ISQua is holding a virtual conference.
    Reasons to attend:
    To acknowledge the hard work that the healthcare workers around the world have undertaken during the COVID-19 pandemic;. To remember those who have died and to dedicate ourselves to improve what we do, so that we will be better prepared for the next time a crisis arises.     This virtual masterclass, facilitated by Mr Perbinder Grewal, will focus on Patient Safety and how to setup a proactive safety culture. It will look at what patient safety is and how we can set up and improve the safety culture. It will look at Human Factors and how we can mitigate some of the common errors. Can we have a system with zero patient safety incidents or errors?

    A multidisciplinary webinar organised by the MASIC Foundation with leading speakers, reflecting the diverse professional roles required to coordinate and deliver effective and individualised care for women experiencing Obstetric Anal Sphincter Injury (OASI).
